Hey there Bloggers!

It's Monday! Yesterday we took our daughter to see Phantom of the Opera. And it was fabulous of course! This week we have a lot going on..plans to watch the fireworks at Global Fest, moving our daughter back to Lethbridge, and my Holiday Catalogue Open House. 

I have been playing around with some of the new Holiday products and I can't wait to share them with you. 

Today's card features the Wood Words stamp set stamped onto the Wood Textures DSP.

Wood Words Note Card

Hey there Stampers!

How's your Monday? Today is a civic holiday here, but unfortunately I had to work. I did find that I was relatively productive today. 

Today's card is just a simple note card that I created using the Wood Words stamp set. The flowers were coloured using Whisper White and Bermuda Bay.

Straw Blowing Background

Hey there Bloggers!

Today I got the opportunity to check out one of the new Product Suites that will be featured in the upcoming Holiday Catalogue. I can't wait to share it with you, I know you're gonna love it. Unfortunately, you have to wait a little while longer...

But I can share this fun technique with you... Straw Blowing Background. For this background, put a few drops of re-inker into a container. Then take your Aqua Painter and add some of the re-inker to it.   Take a straw and blow through the Aqua Painter onto your cardstock piece. I also used the Wood Words stamp set.
