My Friend Summer

Happy Friday all! And it is a very happy day today, I finally got my garage door fixed. Who knew you could miss a garage so much! So while Keith (contractor) was working on the door, I was working on today's card.
This card is for the Pals Paper Art Challenge PPA102. The challenge was to create a Summer Card. I made a summer easel card using the new My Friend stamp  set. I really love this set! And a tip for today: You can use your blender pen to remove ink from your stamp. As in this stamped image, I stamped in Lucky Limeade, then used my blender pen to remove the ink in certain places and re-colored using Wisteria Wonder Stampin' Write Marker.
You can find all the supplies listed below. Enjoy your weekend!

Supplies:
non-Stampin' Up products - fantasy film, Sizzix alphabet die, chipboard from product packaging.

Mojo Monday Sketch

Hi all! Hope you are all having a good week.
This week I decided to try a Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge.
Here is the sketch

My card features the Faith in Nature Hostess stamp set. I colored the pear using Blender Pens and River Rock, More Mustard and So Saffron Classic Ink. The ribbon that I used was the Basic Black 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon and some retired Very Vanilla Ribbon. My card is distressed and accessorized with Antique Brads. You can find all of the supplies below with links for purchasing.
Enjoy!
