Butterflies and Banners

Hey there Bloggers! It's hump day! Only two days left before the weekend... and unfortunately snow

Today's post is the second card from our Stamper's Club last week. Once again featuring the Butterfly Basics stamp set and Butterfly Framelits. This card was actually CASE'd. I really liked the use of the banner and layering. And the idea of using the wax paper butterfly cut out that is left over when you cut out your butterfly images.

Embossed Butterfly

Hey there Bloggers! How's your week going so far? I am just lovin' this gorgeous weather that we are having. Unfortunately we are probably going to pay for it later. 

Today's card is one that we made at our Stamper's Club last week. The cards that I will be featuring this week all use the new Butterfly Basics stamp set and Butterfly Framelits. 

So, for this card we took the butterfly and we embossed it using the pewter and pool party embossing powders. I also used one of the Chalk Talk Framelits as a mask and the new Chalkbox ink to create the yellow pop of color.  Then we added a little bling!

Background Embossing

Hey there Bloggers! TGIF! I hope that you have all had a fabulous week!

Today's project is a card that we made during Stamper's Club last month. It is actually a very simple concept...

We embossed an adhesive sheet with different colors of embossing powder (some colors that I had in my stash) as a background after adding the honeycomb die over top of it. And used Chalk Talk for the sentiment.
