Thursday Tip : When your punches just aren't quite punching out as they should, you can sharpen them by punching through a piece of aluminum foil. Then punch through a piece of wax paper to make the punch work more efficiently.

Thursday Tip : When you have to thread some twine, cord or ribbon through a small hole, these dental floss threaders are an awesome helper. You can find them at any grocery store and they are very cheap.

Thursday Tip : Did you know that most of the new Stampin' Up! dies have the item number listed on the die. So no more wondering which dies belong to which set.

It's a little hard to tell in the image but the Pinewood Planks embossing folder was inked lightly with Crumb Cake before embossing so the image would stand out and give it dimension.

Thursday Tip : When you are heat embossing, make sure to rub your Embossing Buddy across your cardstock before you stamp and emboss. This will prevent most of the stray spots of embossing powder from sticking where you don't want it.
