So with the 2020-2022 In Colours retiring, I decided to showcase them on this card. If you haven't stocked up on your refills, paper, etc, better hurry up before they all sell out.

For this card I used the Blessings of Home stamp set. I stamped once then I masked the image and stamped again below. I used the label from the Tasteful Label dies in Misty Moonlight and added some Denim Ribbon, some Magenta Madness dots for a pop of colour.

New at SU - Just Jade

Welcome to our NEW AT SU! Blog hop! Sharing creative ideas from a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world. Today we are showcasing the new In Colours from the annual Stampin’ Up! Catalogue. 

My card today features the new Just Jade colour and the card was inspired by Laura Colburn. 

For this card, I used my Stamparatus and inked the Drybrush background stamp with Soft Seafoam ink. Then I daubed some Shaded Spruce and Just Jade ink. I used some Post It notes to mask off the middle area of the cardstock piece and stamped the background. Before removing the mask, I stamped some leaves from the Forever Fern stamp set using Just Jade and Shaded Spruce. I stamped the sentiment with Shaded Spruce and used the Shaded Spruce marker to create some splatter. To finish it off I used some Gold Metallic Pearls.

Thanks for dropping in! Today's card is another one from my Totally Techniques class featuring some masking and inking the embossing folder. It's a little hard to tell in the image but the Pinewood Planks embossing folder was inked lightly with Crumb Cake before embossing so the image would stand out and give it dimension.

Birthday Flowers

I'm really shocked that it's already into June. I can't believe how fast the year seems to be going by. 

This week I'm hoping to get our gazebo ready so we can use it. Right now there's no canvas top on it as we took it down for the winter and we haven't had time to put it back on since the weather started getting nicer. 

Today's card is another one from my Stamper's Club. Once again featuring the You've Got This stamp set. It's a great set to have if you like flowers. The flowers on this card were masked.

Beautifully Masked

Hey there Bloggers! Happy Monday to you!

I had a great weekend and I am very happy that I am officially back to working Monday to Friday starting this week. For the last few months my schedule has been Sunday to Thursday. While I was adjusting, I definitely was not happy with that schedule. Now I feel like a weight has been lifted.

Today's card is another one from my Stamper's Club last month. I got the idea from another demo and I just love how the masking with this stamp set turned out.
