MDS Monday!

Hey there Bloggers! It's Monday and time again for MDS Monday!

It's a brand new week and I hope that it's a fabulous one for you!

I am looking forward to stamping with the ladies attending my Card Buffet tonight.

Today's MDS project caught my eye for it's simplicity. It also appeals to me as we get ready to celebrate Remembrance Day on November 11. And we are also remembering our fallen soldiers who were just killed in the past couple of weeks here at home.

Boo!

Hey there Bloggers! Sorry no posts this week :( I have been a little busy with some things and did not have an opportunity to post. 

But today...... I have a picture of the projects that I created with the September Paper Pumpkin kit - Boo-tiful Bags

I have to say that I loved this kit. The cute little bags, so many little stickers/tags, sequins and a great stamp set.

Hey there Bloggers! It's that time again... hump day.... we are half way through the week. And what a gorgeous week it has been. 

It's that time of year when it's time to start planning for Christmas. I have 3 Christmas Card Buffets coming up in the next month. I am looking forward to a whole bunch of women filling up my workshop, enjoying themselves and making their cards for the season.

Today's project however has nothing to do with Christmas. Today I have made a Halloween treat box. I have found so many projects online for the Curvy Keepsake Box and I am just loving re-creating them.

Pumpkin Curvy Keepsake Box

Hey there Bloggers! I'm happy that you made time to stop by. I hope that you are having a good week. Happy Friday to you! Do you have plans for today? 

On Wednesday night I had my first Stamper's club of the year and I want to thank all the fabulous ladies who have joined me this year. Tonight I have no plans. I started thinking today about how we all wish for Fridays. Someone recently said to me that it's sad that we all do that. Before we know it our life has passed by. So I am trying to make an effort to enjoy everyday and the little things. I would love it if you would leave me a comment to let me know that you stopped by. 

So, over the next few days I will be featuring projects created using the new Curvy Keepsake Box die. This die is amazing. It's so easy, you can create treat boxes in no time at all. A Masculine Birthday

It's mid way through the week and I am very much looking forward to the weekend. 

Today my daughter took a trip to the University of Alberta for a tour. Now she won't be attending for another year and a half but she is planning ahead. And she had a great time, and got a lot of information. It's so hard to believe that she is growing up so quickly. 

Today's card is a masculine birthday card using the Open Sea stamp set. I started with a vision of what I wanted to create, and a plan to CASE a particular card with some changes to make it my own. And it didn't turn out anything like the original card. too funny!

I made the card for the Playing in Paradise challenge #90. Challenges are a great way to get some creativity going so I hope that you can all find your creativity too!
