Brusho Rooted In Nature

Hey there Stampers!

Thanks for dropping in today! I'm not sure if you have seen this card. I posted it as my creation from the Friday Challenge a few weeks ago. It features the new Embossing Plates and the Rooted In Nature bundle. The background was created using the Brusho Crystal Colour and a coffee filter to apply the colour.

Rose Wonder

Happy Spring! It's finally warming up a little and I can see the sun. I can't wait until this snow melts!

Today's  card is the last of my Brusho series. This is a card that we made at one of my Stamper's Clubs. We took the Moss Green Brusho Crystals and sprinkled some into a small container. Then added some water and mixed them together. To create the background, we brushed the coloured water onto the cardstock background using a foam brush. Then the rose was embossed onto a piece of watercolour paper using White Embossing Powder and coloured in using the Brusho Crystals and AquaPainters. The rose was cut out and adhered to the card front using dimensionals.

Pandas with Brusho

Hey there Bloggers!

Happy Monday! I hope that you enjoyed your weekend and St. Patrick's Day celebrations. 

Today's card is another one in my posts featuring the Brusho Crystal Colours. For this card, I wanted to create just a splash of colour without covering the background. I spritzed a bit of water onto the Watercolour paper and then added some red Brusho crystals. I spritzed a little more and added the blue, being careful the keep the colours from combining and muddying.

Dragonfly Brusho

Hey there Bloggers!

So, this week I'm featuring cards using the new Brusho Crystal Colours. For today's card I used the Detailed Dragonfly die. I spritzed water onto the Watercolour paper using a Stampin' Spritzer. Then I sprinkled on the Brusho colours red and blue. I dried it with my Heat Tool and added the Dragonfly. The sentiment was embossed using White Embossing Powder and a few sequins.

Butterfly with Brusho

Hey there Bloggers!

Just returned from a week in Vegas and I'm finding it so hard to get back into the swing of things. I feel like I just have soooo much to do. How's your week looking?

I was playing around with the Brusho's recently so this is another card using them. For this card I spritzed some water on a Watercolor Cardstock piece then I sprinkled on the blue Brusho. I dried it with my heat gun and added the butterfly. The other cool element to this card is the embossed glue spots - I put some Multipurpose Liquid glue into a container, then I mixed it up with some water using an Aquapainter. Then tapped the Aquapainter over the paper to get it to sprinkle. Add embossing powder and heat lightly.
